A preset looks wrong. An export behaves differently than expected. Your license email has not arrived. Vani gives you a direct place to ask before you start searching through documentation or waiting for a reply.

Product help where you are already working
Vani is now available across the VanityFilter website. Open Ask Vani from any page and ask about installation, licensing, controls, presets, exports, or documented troubleshooting. Her answers come from reviewed VanityFilter product knowledge rather than a general web search.
That product boundary matters. Vani knows the current public release, the manuals, supported workflows, and the problems we have documented. She should tell you when a question needs a person instead of filling the gap with a confident guess.
.vfpreset file.Spanish questions receive Spanish answers
Vani is bilingual. On the Spanish VanityFilter site, her greeting, controls, support form, and product answers use Latin American Spanish. Both versions work from the same reviewed product facts, while the Spanish assistant preserves the terminology used inside the translated application and manual.
This release follows VanityFilter 2.7.0, which translated all 179 interface strings and added the complete Spanish PDF manual. You can move from a Spanish control inside the app to a Spanish question on the site without translating the feature name first.
When a license email does not arrive
A license key normally arrives within a few hours. Vani will ask you to check spam, junk, and promotions, then confirm the email address used at checkout. If the key is still missing after that window, she can collect your contact details and open a support handoff for the team.
She cannot look inside an order or resend the key herself. Vani also cannot process a refund, access private account data, or control the application on your computer. Those tasks need a human with the right access. The handoff keeps the useful part simple: you can explain the problem once and send it to support from the same conversation.
What comes next
This is the first support release, not the end of the plan. We will expand Vani's reviewed knowledge and support abilities as the product grows. We are starting with the work she can do reliably today: answer product questions, guide minor troubleshooting, and move an account-specific issue to the team.
The support page remains available for anyone who prefers a standard form. For a quick product question, Vani is the faster starting point.
Ask the question
You will find Ask Vani at the edge of every page. Open it, describe what you are trying to do, and include the relevant export format or control name when you can. Specific questions produce more useful answers.
