Lost your key?
Email us from the address you purchased with and we’ll re-send your license key. Include the name the license was issued to if you have it.
New computer?
Your license covers one user on up to two computers. The next release will enforce two active computers shared across Windows and macOS. Use the same license when moving to another computer; contact support if you need help freeing an activation.
Something broke
Sorry about that. Tell us your Windows version, GPU (if any), what the source video is (resolution/format), and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
Results look off
Waxy skin: lower Strength or Texture repair, raise Detail restore. Smoothing touching clothes or hair: lower Skin tolerance or Neck/Forehead coverage. The manual’s tips page covers the rest.
Buying & refunds
The 7-Day Installation Guarantee covers VanityFilter when it will not install or run on your computer. Contact us at support@vanityfilter.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will help you troubleshoot the problem, and if we cannot get VanityFilter working, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to your original payment method. This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
License activation in the next release
The current download uses the existing license-key activation. Starting with the next release, activation will require an internet connection and verification of the email address used for purchase. No account is required. Existing buyers can use their current license and verify their purchase email when upgrading. No repurchase is needed, and older installed releases remain unchanged.
One license will cover two active computers shared across Windows and macOS. After a successful license check, the app can work offline for up to 30 days before another online check is required. If that authorization expires, projects and previews remain available, but new exports require a successful online check. Your files are not deleted.
Video processing stays on your computer. Footage is never uploaded for activation or processing. Only the license and device information needed to verify access is exchanged. Read the privacy details.
